Pay overs and also allow "get out" clauses in the contract. Hopefully Mc Intyre's comments have put an end to these ridiculous "get out" clauses from now on i.e you sign for 3 years, YOU PLAY THERE FOR 3 YEARS. I think all the NRL clubs should get together on this one and force those dickhead player managers ( whom I am sure are behind a lot of this) to come in to line.

lol @ Costigan. If he actually played for you guys id be concerned but he is either injured or suspended most of the time. He probably misses someone somwhere, its in vogue.
