Looking at the interview on 100% Footy tonight, I get the feeling Brown genuinely didn't really want to leave.

It's a ridiculous offer, you can't really blame him for taking the offer, but I get the impression this wasnt really his preferred option.

I think the truth is we actually made the decision for him, and that has likely hurt him.

I can't see us getting much out of him for the rest of the year.

I didn't see the interview - but this might be the only thing that makes sense about his attitude the first two games....perhaps he feels slighted and resentful?

Still has to play this year, so has to show some sort of kindness

He said a couple of times Parra didnt want to match the offer or couldnt match it, wasnt about money was about the 10 years

Next second this......

When pressed if Parra offered the 10 years would he have stayed? he hesitated...and didnt even answer the question "well we wont know cause it wasnt offered" LOL .Not really the answer of someone who wanted to stay..

Think with Brad Arthurs sackng, Ryles as coach, good mates shown the door , He probably thought f**k it, lets go for the extra coin , for longer, with a coach im more suited to

Good luck to him. Im sad he is going, think he will be back to his best at the Knights

I think that is his issue. He already had a 6 year deal, he wanted them to match the 10 year deal. From his point, what is 4 years when you've got me for 6? I think he's pissed off that they didn't match the years more than anything.

I haven't seen it

I posed this in the other thread yesterday wtf is he doing another interview about the move this week.

This shit should have been all done last week why give it more oxygen for another week.

We are a week on from his decision and his still talking about next year and Newcastle.

Any chance of just focusing on Parramatta and season 2025.

Zac Lomax refused to answer one single question about his move to Parra last year until the season finished similar to how O'Brien handled the question last week in the presser.

I would rather 360 & Co tackle the big issues & do an investigation into what & why the plastic surgery was undertaken for our 2 beloved mascots in Sparky & Sparkles.

That's click bait right there

What's happened to them

Agree with this. He just wanted a little more money for security and stay at Parra.
But he did say the money is not just for him, but for his parents, sister and his sister's 2 children.

Waiving the cooling off period and then getting booed I reckon did affect him.

If we are winning, he should perform but if we stay in a slump, he's not going to help much.

Understand the Sparky Eels suit was being altered and wasn’t available for the game, the 2 mascots are what the Eels use on their junior gala and fan days , so they were used to ensure the kids had a mascot out there.
If that’s true, this f**ken club… how long have we known we have home round 2? I know let’s get that hem tucked in the week of….

Its a shambles they say winning starts in the front office and we can't even get our beloved Sparky & Sparkles in there right outfits for the first home game.

I have problems with more than one non-football staff member. It’s a business that should attract better staff for less direct payroll and yet some of them are less than what you’d find working in a local council.
