Rank from top to bottom who you's think is the best 5/8's in the Nrl:
Here are the players, if theres error, or ive named the wrong 5/8
just put in your list whoever it is. But name just one 5/8 from a club.
PLayer lists:

Eels-Morris
Dragons-Barrett
Broncos-Lockyer
Tigers-Benji
Cowboys-Thurston(5/8 or halfback you decide) or other
Storm-Hill
Sharks-Dykes
Sea Eagles-Witt or other
Roosters-Wing or other
Panthers-Campbell
Warriors-Faunauina or Rapati or whoever
Bulldogs-Anasta
Rabbitohs-Sutton
Raiders-Smith
Knights-Tighe or Gidley or whoever

Example: Best from top to bottom rank all 15
Thurston
Anasta
Benji
and so on.......

If you use the best five-eighths of the last 20 years(Lewis and Fittler) as a yardstick, the best on recent form is Barrett...second Sutton..are there any others who fit the proto-type ? Anasta sort-of, maybe did early in the year..Smith almost..the rest are out of position or not worthy....

You could do that for most positions over time. I'm sure you could find players who were greats in their positions, played at the same time and were completely different players, Langer and Stuart for example. There is no point in using the past as a yard stick ect.

Lockyer!

He's a joke of a 5/8th.

Awesome fullback, turnstile 5/8th who can't set up sh*t.

Benji will play at 90 kilos in time. He'll be more of a traditional 5/8 when he reaches that size, 90 is not small.

Just had a look, NRL has him at 83kg, so 90ish sounds about right. I don't think he'll get much bigger than that, doesn't look to have the frame for it.
