Watched this on Fox yesterday...

Geez, what a crap team we had back then...

Our starting backline - Caine, Saleh, Hill, Kevin McGuiness,Bhajouri,Wilson, Jeffries....

Amazingly we beat the salary cap cheats 28-22....

One guy from that team that I thought would develop into something was Willie Manu....Had some aggro about him and went flat out ......What a waste....

No matter how bad we go this year, our side is leaps and bound ahead of that one...

Manu was a beast, but coul;dn't handle the piss. Bashed some bloke in Wollongong when at Saints & they flicked him. Ended up at Castleford I think.

Might still be there. Not sure.

troy wozniak was a bloke who could have kicked on if given the right coaching.

ran like a center but had the build of a back rower. really could have been a ben creagh/ben kennedy style player if someone took him under their wing. he absolutely dominated the junior ranks.

it was really enjoyable game to watch.
i agree on Wozniak, not a world beater, but could've been a much better player under a differnt coach.

McGuinnes looking dangerous, Manubusting tackles, Galea kicking the snot out of the ball to get a 20 meter 1st tackle rather than facing the bulldogs in their own half.

Caine looking scared and confused out the back, Whitelegs pointing at line breaks, Senter and Hill wanted to fight with everyone on the field.

watched both this game, and the city country game on friday night.
how bad was Jamie Feeney.

I agree he could of been anything but I think his piss poor attitude killed Troy more than anything.

Interesting call. Do you know him? Last I saw him was training BJJ in Penrith, I'm sure he'd love to discuss it with you on the mat.

Galea and Manu... I always thought Manu would be the gun, and he does still do some very good things at Hull... but after watching his KR form; Galea would have been our captain and NSW player at the very least if he was still here... IMO of course.

I'd agree. From the little bit I've seen from Galea up north, he's been doing alright.
Speaking of former Tigers in the ESL, what about Hodgson aye, amazing form.

Hope you all watched the Tigers-Magpies game on Chooseday!
