Considering he professes such a hatred for the Bears he must have been there quite a few times to cheer on his club against their hated North Shore rivals. Wrong.

Im 17. Bears died in 1999. Meaning I would have had to travelled to NSO by myself as a 12 year old, as my family are anti-Manly. Anti-Manly or not I don't think my parents would of allowed a 12 year old to travel alone to a football game.

Well the whole NRL criteria thing was proven to be bullshit by the courts when Souths got to be re-admitted. From memory the Bears did not finish last at all Souths were last, followed by Wests and Balmain who later merged making them exempt leaving the bears in a bad position.

I'd have no problem if the Bears went bankrupt by doing nothing, its the fact that we were being proactive and productive and encoraged to move, millions of $$$ spent, a new stadium was built, the bears told they would be granted country status by moving to the CC and the NRL not following through with it, nearly 100 years of history down the toilet, thats what shits me and other Bears fans
