1. Ekky Dry
2. VB
3. Carlton Draughty
4. Crownie
5. New
6. Coldies

thats all of the ones i tasted

look i know most of the ppl in this forum are from nsw or qld and there is a fair bit of state pride involved but that no reason to bag one of the best beers in aus.
look i'm from vic and its hard to say but the best beer is from tas and that j boag so plz ppl swallow ur pride and just admit vb is a great beer

Yeah i agree, it is a great beer, to give to your visitors and keep the good stuff for yourself ;-)

It's well known that people buy beer mostly for the image, and 99% of even the most experienced beer drinkers can't pick "their beer" from a crowd if they don't know which is which, or are blindfolded, or something.

Having said that, VB is a value (i.e. cheap) beer which is pretty similar in quality to most other value beers. And I'm not a rich man myself so I've got nothing against it.
