The National Rugby League has confirmed the first ever Referees in the NRL Hall of Fame – Bill Harrigan and Col Pearce.

Has to be Ivan and Nathan Cleary....

Nathan is not eligible at this time. For players criteria no. 3 to be admitted to the Hall of Fame -

3. Individual must be retired five (5) years from competing in a professional sporting competition.
