Main issue isn't that they want to watch it, it's teaching them the rules, Americans are fickle, they don't want grey in interpretations, RL is ALL Grey, zero black and white rulings, we are all about the rub of the green, and footy gods karma, and that reach around return in favor, they can't fathom that, it doesn't compute, t never will, it's why American football takes 4 hours a game. Each set play needs to be perfect, they aren't about the no stoppage/flow.
if we can ever fix the rules then float that into Vegas then we'd have a shot, till then, RL will remain nichè
