Not necessarily. The subpoena would need to be issued in a court with proper jurisdiction. Facebook operates under the laws of the United States and the Republic of Ireland.“Because if you were aware, you’d know police in Australia can’t subpoena private information from Facebook because they don’t respond to their requests. So for starters, they can’t charge anyone with anything if they don’t know who runs this ‘page’.
f**king lol.
Facebook knows more about this guys life than even he does. They will comply if it is a criminal matter.
Facebook have been known to cooperate with legislatures outside those two countries, there's no reason they wouldn't here if it's believed a page is participating in criminal activity. Not necessarily. Edit: never mind, I missed the last sentence of your post.Going by twitter, it looks like the f**kwit who runs that particular NRL FB page has had run ins with others who run similar pages. He has now come out and revealed his name and town that he’s from and challenged anyone who has a problem with him to come ‘sort him out’....... turns out the name and town revealed is that of the owner of a rival NRL page he’s had issues with.
This merkin has brass balls.
most other media are not doing the same despite having nfi what the old geezer is snorting9News does not suggest any illegal activity occurs in the footage.
Cool story Channel 9, a video from 2016 has reappeared and we decide to write an article on it.https://www.9news.com.au/2019/01/14/22/00/nrl-news-video-leaked-of-corey-norman-kurtley-beale
Suspicious video leaked of Corey Norman, Courtney Beavis
By Tom Livingstone • Associate Producer
10:44pm Jan 14, 2019
Video has emerged of a man appearing to snort an unknown substance off a plate while two well-known rugby players watch on.
Overnight, a video was widely circulated on social media showing an elderly man appearing to snort something off a dinner plate while three men, including St George Dragons player Corey Norman and Wallabies veteran Courtney Beavis, watch on.
Norman can be heard in the video cheering the elderly man on as he appears to snort something off a plate.
The NRL Integrity Unit said action was taken against Norman in 2016 when they were first made aware of the video.
In the video, Norman can be heard saying to the elderly man “That’s the young blood right there baby. Get it baby, get it.”
The video is believed to have been filmed a number of years ago and shows the two athletes laughing as they watch the man.
The St George Dragons NRL club released a statement this evening saying they are aware of the video and informed the NRL Integrity Unit.
The NRL Integrity Unit confirmed they were already aware of the footage and dealt with it accordingly in 2016.
Sanctions were imposed on Norman, a Parramatta Eels player at the time, for a number of incidences including two videos.
The Wallabies have yet to make a statement on Beavis.
Late last year, Norman signed a three-year-deal with the Dragons.
9News does not suggest any illegal activity occurs in the footage.
Courtney Beavis...
Never heard of the f**ker.
Going by twitter, it looks like the f**kwit who runs that particular NRL FB page that’s released all the video footage has had run ins with others who run similar but less risqué pages.
He has now come out and revealed his name and town that he’s from and challenged anyone who has a problem with him to come ‘sort him out’....... turns out the name and town revealed is that of the owner of a rival NRL page he’s had issues with.
