Looks like it’s 2.85 million a year from the act govt

This is on top of the 7 million in govt grants they got to upgrade down property they own
Can you let me know at what accounting system wouldn't count this?

And how would you rate PNG solely relying on Govt money to exist? Good, bad or otherwise?

Listen boys where about to have a team in the comp (the only expansion team in almost twenty years) that would not exist without your tax dollars.

So not sure we can get to high and mighty about govt handouts.

Glass houses and all that

In sponsorship yes they do, in fact they better a number. Any other metric not close. But Im arguing the toss with Wb on sponsorship not on other metrics.
That's what I'm saying. The sponsorship doesn't necessarily come from the Sydney market. It's an AFL club, owned by the AFL and plays some games in Canberra. You don't think their owners have sway in fumbleball states to get them a good sponsorship portfolio? Has nothing to do with their standing in Sydney because you can't with a straight face say they aren't the least appealing NRL or AFL club in that city.

The only one worse was the Sharks who handicap themselves with a shit ground. Pre capacity reduction the sharks would average more than 11k
Eels deal. $1mill ten years ago, could wellbe worth more by now

There is no evidence of waht Souths or Pantehrs currently get in their deals. I know WA govt was paying $500k a game for NRL club to bring games here. No evidence of what Gosford is paying Souths.

Panthers Bathurst deal $300k figure was from 2017. Not been any updated figure put out but I doubt its remained static for 7 years. Council hides the figure as sites 'commercial confidentiality' to keep its rate payers in the dark.

Again why do you not consider this sponsorship revenue? If a city or stadium wants to sponsor a club to take a game or three there then its a legit source of sponsorship revenue is it not?
So you can’t provide the figures but just want to make up random figures

Nah the figures I’ve seen for Bathurst are 500k or so

GWS got a sweet deal from the act govt to. Be sure but only an idiot would use it as proof they generate more sponsorship than Sydney nrl clubs

Hey mate can you point out all the errors and inconsistencies that you identified KPMG made in the AFL FY reports?
