Watching some baseball this morning the broadcast showed MLB rare feats (individual):
4 home run games - 19
Perfect games - 24
6-hit games - 173
No-hitters - 326
Triple Plays - 739

What would a list of NRL rare feats include?

I am guessing:
6 try games?
60 tackle games (has anyone got 70?)
3 x 40/20s

Anything else like that?

Has anyone ever made all 5 tackles in a set before (haha)?

Definitely.
An interesting one would be if anyone has ever had a 3 interception try game. I am confident there has been 2 interception try games before.

McInnes made 81 in a game against Penrith in 2023. 2 or 3 of them were effective.

Definitely.
An interesting one would be if anyone has ever had a 3 interception try game. I am confident there has been 2 interception try games before.

Only the king Ryan Girdler could have achieved this.

2 hit ups

in 70 minutes

Just looked up that game, only listed as 3 errors on the NRL match centre. Given the lore of the match (and the held breath every kick fielded by Manu for the rest of his career) that surprises me, I among every other Warriors fan remember it being an absolute shocker but maybe we were a bit harsh in retrospect!

At least he had his own rare feat in the record books with 10+ tries a year for 10 consecutive seasons.


Edit : checked the Ed Kosi stats out of curiosity for the infamous 70-10 ANZAC thrashing by the Storm, where Warriors fans had a similarly dim view of his performance echoing that Manu game, turns out he officially also only had three errors with a 100% tackle efficiency (two tackles made none missed!). This is one game where stats don't tell the story, I guess not even attempting a tackle to let the opposition burn you all night doesn't count as 'missed' hah!

Steve Mavin replaced after 16 minutes in a semi final. A rare feat for thd record books. Like the 11 straight premierships of the Dragon's 'never before, never again'.
