NRL wants to introduce a magic round, where every game is played at the one stadium

Magic round would work in Perth, but only as a one off event, particularly if timed with the introduction of a Perth NRL team.

The concept will get stale in Brisbane so maybe once every 5 years or so it could travel and keep the other 4 out of 5 years in Brisbane.

With the state of the playing surface always a bit of a worry, I thought they might want to give a double-header each to Gold Coast and maybe Redcliffe and have the rest in Brisbane.

No to Redcliffe, it’s too small, but maybe doing one on the GC would work
