What a gutsy team the Roosters are, despite no womens league, or teams, they manage to craft together a team of all stars. Amazing given the salary cap is the same for all teams, so it’s a given that the 2 best centres in the comp that were lured from other NRLW clubs are playing for peanuts similar to their NRL counterparts. Poor things lost a decent player and were forced tho sign the Titans player of the year as a replacement. Magic beans are a wondrous things.

We analed them in semi

Honestly, I have three girls and they love that the Eels have a womens team. I coach my 8 year olds touch team (poor things, although I’m a premiership winning coach) and my 6 year old starts in a few weeks (she’s filled in a few times in the older sisters team). I’m so glad the club invested in womens league. If I could just get my wife as involved as us…

To be fair, having lived in Manly territory all her life, someone asked her who she goes for. Her answer, “I guess the eels.”

I’ll take it. Job done.

I've got cousins that grew up in Newport and I never had much to do with them, so it wasn't until we became Facebook besties that I discovered they're all mad Eels fans. I found it surprising.
