Mental, great for the women to know they are playing in front of such a large audience. What an inspiration for young women out there to want to play the game.

It's great to see. As @Pneuma highlighted, it was a great game, so it's great to see it attract such a strong average audience.

Because it was a game that wasn't decided until the final minutes, it's not surprising that the post match ratings were higher (1,085,000 excluding Kayo), I imagine a lot of people switched on for the final 20 minutes and they aren't reflected in the average.

Would love to know what the reach of the game was. The Men's match was 4.6 million (versus a 3.52 average). It's not unrealistic the women had a reach of up to 1.5m
