NSW were really disjointed from the beginning. The penalty at the beginning and Malony's stupidity at the beginning started it. Then when it was our turn we didn't have a big strong man upfront to carry us forward, woods isn't that type of player and Gallen doesn't add that punch. Notice when Fafita came on NSW started getting a bit more go forward. Tamou will come back and if they bring Grant back it will be even better. Woods is a guy who plays long minutes for his club at a measured pace, but at origin we need explosive players. Woods is a better version of Aidan Tolman..... Just not suited to the origin arena.... Not yet atleast

Game 3 should be Pearce's last ever origin game. He has never stepped up in Origin.
Hopefully now Souths fans realise why Merritt is not an origin player

Pearce and Maloney also did plenty of tackling and that would have taken heaps out of them.

Looking at the stats Pearce did the same amount of tackling as Hoffman (23 each) and Maloney 21. Surprised though that Bird was only credited with 20

One thing I can say is that our halves are not creative at all. We need individualistic players who came make an impact regardless of how the team is playing. Guys like Fafita, Hayne, Dugan, Merrin, Jennings and even someone like Jamal Idris. If they can make space for him, QLD could be in big trouble.
