If Hayne or Ferguson arent back yet bring in Taufua (yes bias). Anyone who has watched him this year would see how impressive his defensive reads have been this year, he outperformed Merrit in city/country and obviously has the better playing style for Origin. Every small winger we have bled in origin has been a failure.

And why Dugan on the wing? You want a specialist who plays that position most weeks and knows how to read the defense.

Read it all! Woods plays well for the tiger because he plays big minutes for them, he's not an explosive player like grant, Fafita or Tamou. For him to bs effective he'll need more time and in that instance, other props won't have enough time. The three players I mentioned along with Gallen are just better then woods. Woods is good no denying that, but those 3 are just better and more explosive which is what we need

Now that I think about it I think Dugan at fullback, Hayne on the wing would be a better option. I think Dugan's skills would be wasted On the wing ck while Hayne could handle it better. They could always alternate throughout the game.

Why not? Dugan could fill in on the wing easy. Hayne is a creative player and with the most ineffective halves in the team, we need that

Forwards were never in the game as we had no ball. Kicking game was shite. I saw Watmough at dummy half on the 5th on the QLD line. No excuses there.... Halves need to lift along with Hooker.

It IS a valid point though that in his first stint on the field, we have virtually no football, when he comes back, games gone.

I'd get used to him being there, will play plenty of Origin by time his career is done.

Have no qualms if replaced by Tamou or Grant in game 3, just think the criticism is unfair.

No point playing Dugan on the wing out of position. NSW don't have the privilege of that kind of decision. We need to stop playing people outside of their favoured positions - it just doesn't work, not now at least.

Plus, maybe it was just me, but geez Dugan was soft in def and positional play.
