Pauline Simpkins was the only thing that kept the Cowgirls in the game. The penalty count ended up being 13-4 or something.

Penalty count or no penalty count they still struggled against a side in the second half that was cut down to 15 players with 2 players with broken bones. The biggest loss for the Cowboys was McWilliams as after he left the dummy half area fell apart. The Sharks don't have a hope in hell of making the finals.

The way the Sharks markers hardly ever stood straight, the Sharks were camped offside all night, the constant high tackle and the Peachy putting the Cowboy into touch after he was clearly tackled, the Sharks are lucky the penalty count wasn't higher and Beattie sent off.

The Sharks played poorly, the only reason they won was because they got away with illegal play most of the night and the Cowboys had 2 key players break bones, not to mention the rest having to cop high shots all night from the Sharks thugs.
