O/T - Help needed

I' recently went through my third caterers size tub of kraft smooth and it's getting expensive.

I decided to switch to the no name brand and it's now caused a rash and swelling.

It's kind of nice to actually see my nut sack but I'm a bit worried about the purplish tinge that is starting to spread.

should i see a vet?
