Roosters smash Panthers 42 to 6
Manly Smash Eels 40 to 6
Storm slaughter Raiders 68 to 4
Titans skin the Tigers 36 to 6
Cowboys upset Souths 30 to 12

These are all big convincing scores, Storm killed the 12 home game winning streak and were coming off a bunch of Losses....
Roosters playing with massive confidence but played a spluttering Panthers, and Manly winning over Eels not a shock.
Bunnies fans should be worried though, big question mark now on both halves....

We play the Dogs tomorrow.....

bunnies should rest their halves as much as possible. they don't want what happened in last years prelim again. I'm convinced Souths would have beat the Dogs if reynolds didn't hobble off

Its no sweat for Souths, Keary was playing off the bench for months, slots straight in, ez, A.Reynolds played on after seemingly injuring his ankle.. I think it probably shows they are quite dependent on Inglis at Fullback too, but yeah its a good time to have a rough trot now anyway, assuming you do actually come good.

Think it was 2 Penrith players who both got broken hands on the weekend, I think that shows u how important injury cover is (which we will have next year hopefully, depending on who stays).

Storm.. yikes lol.. Roosters also.. and Manly just lurking in the corner... going to be a pretty epic finals series, shame were not in it :p

Bugger. My tipping was spot on until Melb smashed Raiders. Certainly didn't see that one coming.

Bunnies have a tough run home. Without Inglis and maybe Sutton, and also Reynolds, they could miss out again. (LOL hopefully)

Great attack is the new great defense, although all good teams defend very well.

Gorilla, as much as it galls me to say it you are right. Their forwards are phenomenal "metre-eaters" and just run roughshod over all-comers.
Price should look at their matches and copy everything (apart from Pearce).

Obviously being coached incredibly well (defence and attitude), but their recruitment is absolutely ridiculous, between them and souths it makes me question the legitimacy of it all.

Don't write off the dogs or manly. I think the dogs are starting to warm up & as for manly as much as I dislike them I also admire the way they play, always in the game & great pair halves.

I think this time of year, those teams that have accomplished themselves with some consistency in their execution of both attack and defence, lose for mental reasons. The season is sooo Long and exhausting - to maintain the level of intensity for the entire year is extremely difficult.

Roosters are athe exception - building gradually to greatness. Brilliant footy Team.

I don't think we have accomplished our execution fully in either defence or attack for one full game yet this year. Looking forward to getting it completely right at least once this year, and maybe things will come good.
