unsurprisingly, the only change was forced by injury...dont worry that mason and hegarty did f**k all.....

I find it very strange that Joel Clinton is not in the side somewhere. Surely he can offer more than Mason (in particular) and even Kearns...

He certainly deserves to at least be on the bench. Mason did nothing and has been a liability at this level. I'm also not all that fussed by having Wing in the centres and would prefer to see a specialist there. Have him play off the bench instead.

I understand that both Hegarty and Kimmorley are carrying injuries and are in doubt for the 2nd Test. If both are unavailable, Matt Sing would have to be there, although Anderson may go for Luke Lewis who I think would go very well against Great Britain (they are usually terrible under the high ball and this is one of Lewis' strengths). Move Gower to half back and shift Wing in to 5/8th.

Regardless, I feel that we'll complete the job and wrap up the series in Hull. Having an Australian referee and a decent 10 metres will make a huge difference and I can't see Mander putting up with any rubbish from Newton. I wouldn't be surprised to see him sent off.
