So you also think that fans that don't agree with you are "jersey" fans Been There ?

To belittle any fans passion for the club, or to disregard their right to an opinion on players form or potential due simply to a conceited attitude that "because one has a bit of footy history" behind them is not on, I don't care what side of the arguement one sits on.

My background and area of expertise is the racing industry, one saying in that industry , " that jockeys are the worst judges of form" could easily be related to footy in this context.

Think you are out of line there Dot.

Captain specified that we have a footy background. didnt say other didn't.
he also said some are jersey fans. Not all.

these are facts.

the two groups will always have mutually exclusive arguments.

If people are already sacking Beau Scott(and three tries through him aint good i agree), then for gods sake dont start with the mellars and goldy and whoever else list please! Mellars was given a chance, maybe not as much as Simmons etc but nevertheless, a chance...he was lazy and didn't make the most of that opportunity after his 'golden point' moment.Goldy has been given chances...Give someone in Flegg a go or wait for Pomeroy and hope for the best.Failing all that, find a wonder drug that will take three years off Mellor's age!

Thanks for the tread Reefy!!!!
Scott has potential, yes he makes mistake, so which of our coaching staff might spend a little time developing his game???? Because no-one is doing it at the moment.
A little extra coaching might help the other new comers to first grade develop into more than just average first graders.

SLE I thought that ET might have been asked to work with the kid. Also BTR I think this kid could be a great player given the right advise from the right people, I agree his game the other night was bad but all players have bad games its when it happens week in week out that the coach has to act:roll: the one thing I have noticed with Scott is he breaks the first tackle most times he runs the ball he just needs to look for his supports.

I would not have any player in the team that misses 7 from 25.
If every player was like that, the entire team , missing 30% of their tackles, the team would average 90 missed tackles a week.
Thats high even for cronulla standards.
A player who attempts 25 & misses 7, whould be in PL getting fixed.

there goes peachey

No, as I have said all year. Stats mean little.

anyone can use statistics to prove their point everytime. 40% of people do it all the time!
