He hurt his knee at about the 30 minute mark and went down clutching it. I'm assuming that gentled him down some. Here's hoping he's ok

Be a big pity if he injured just as we get some wins and finally fix up two major problems, discipline and defence. Speaking of looking tired, that didnt seem to enter into the equation for Stevens and Kimmorley, I think a great effort especially after coming off a rep match.

I agree, great effort from Kimmorly and Stevens to back up and still be the best performers on the park.

Vagana did look injured, or so I thought. He was running funny on it after he put the ball down for the try. I'm still hoping he will improve and start to have some good games for us.

He still looks a little lost with the sharks, when he becomes familiar with Kimmorely and peacheys game I think we'll see the basis of a potent attacking weapon.

He may have played 4 games, but that is not many games to acclimatise when you consider he had no pre season prep.

I think Vagana's doing ok.
Last week against the Queens he made some pretty major metres with limited opportunity.
I wouldnt swap him for any other centre thats for sure.

If only Vagana was a left center!
He would be seeing so much quality ball it isnt funny as it is the side Kimmorely tends to go to.
Its only been four games the combinations just have to form as Kimmorely has to get comfortable attacking down that right side with Vagana. I will be more worried if comething greater hasnt eventuated by the end of the year.
Heres hoping he knee is ok too. We dont want him on the sidelines for longer than he has been.

I personally don't think Vagana has looked right all year. He never had a good tackling technique at the best of times but I haven't seen him use a shoulder in a tackle yet. An incident that comes to mind was in the Anzac test when Tahu was off down the sideline and Vag came over to attempt an ankle tap - backhanded with his right hand.

Anyone know which is his bung shoulder? Left or right?

Vagana hasnt looked 100% yes. But I think he is still half forfilling his purpose to be around and finish off tries, eg eels game & last night. If thats him playing poorly which we know he is cant wait till hes on fire!

What a great position to be in? Still winning games whilst out Number 1 recruit is still feeling his way. Could you imagine how potent our attack will be when Vagana reaches 100% fitness? It will be great to watch.

Additionally I do think there have been glimpses of his form, against Dragons I can recall two opportunities that he prity much created. In time I believe he is getting use to our style of play. Still a problem though with him not getting to much ball.

yes I agree with that but also think he is fullfilling another purpose just being there - fullstop. I've been noticing he is doing a lot of talking on the field. This can only be good as he passes on experience

I think he may take a few more games to settle in. Still, at the Bulldogs he was a great finisher.

I hope he is not an expensive white elephant.
