Ok I'm in massive trouble help needed

Parents just bought me a small Blue Ford Laser for Christmas. I dressed it up in my school colours to go to the basketball and put electrical tape on it. I take the electrical tape off and what happens? The paint comes with it.

It is Duco Blue paint, and they now think I have no respect for the car etc.. Anyway how can I fix this without outlaying a massive amount of money?
