It's criminal that we only figure on the bottom rung of the ladder, year after year. Doug is simply content (as anyone in his dotage would be) to stay alive.

West ham ? In London right ? No sunshine you dont produce didley squat compared to the outer areas. You buy your talent, you are in London.

All those players you mentioned ARE NOT West Ham juniors. Three guesses where they all came from tho .... Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.

p.s. i deliberately neglected to mention Manchester. They also are one of the leading producers of juniors. Not United ... they are scum ... but City.
