I thought BK should be dropped because of his illness and maybe just any old excuse to put Shrek in the side

I theory good, but one's a backrower and one's a prop! There is a big difference between the 2 positions!

Well like you said, Civo can slot into the Second Row position so you can have O'Meley running riot in the fron row.

How does Bennett sleep at night?

The guy only scored 3 tries because they were up against a team with 1 Super League player, many who don't even consider half as good as our NRL standards, and we had one of the best teams in the world!

Go Great Britian!

So how do you explain his form this season?
How do you explain him owning every forward in the competition this year?
How do you explain him owning Webcke and the rest of the QLD pack in SOO?
How do you explain him not being picked for the first 2 test matches against NZ?

So, if I am hearing you correctly, you rate Mak O'meley

I definitley rate him. I was saying that we get your point thats all. I reckon he will actually make the next game after this test.
The way I see it if we loose to GB that will be a reason to select O'Meley. If we beat GB we are assured of a final spot and therefore another reason to give him a go. I know you don't agree but I can understand why Bennett has chosen his 2 club props and Ryles to date over the form prop in the 04 season. Bennett just went with what he knew was proven at test level. O'Meley's chance to prove himself at test level will be here shortly and then we can compare who is the best test props for Australia.

If the side is picked on form then both O'meley and Mason would be starting. How Ryles was picked ahead of him I WILL NEVER KNOW.

If both played for the Broncos they would be shoe-ins. And dont get me started about Tonie Carroll...

You will never know because you don't have a clue.

Ryles's selection in the first test was a surprise but since then his form has been excellent and has been the best prop in the team. However Ryles seems to take 10 mins to settle and IMO the team would be better served with O'mealy starting in the first 20mins with Webcke and then bring on Ryles.

Mason's best spot for the team is on the bench and it has absolutley nothing to do with form whether you start on the field or bench. There is no shame whatsoever bneing the best second rower in the world but starting on the bench, its just a sign of the enormous impact he has for the team.

You say that I have no clue then you agree with me in regards to o'meley starting ahead of Ryles

Game 1 stats:

Webcke

Hit ups 16
Tackles 32
Metres 144

Avg Metres per run: 9

Ryles

Hit ups 14
Tackles 22
Metres 129

Avg Metres per run: 9.2

Game 2 stats

Webcke

Hit ups 12
Tackles 35
Metres 101

Avg Metres per run: 8.4

Ryles

Hit ups 19
Tackles 20
Metres 142

Avg Metres per run: 7.5

So how does this make Ryles "best prop in the team"????

He should be in the side but NOT ahead of O'meley and the fact that he was given the chance in the first place is wrong because O'meley should have been one of the first players picked after the finals series.

But dont listen to me, I have no clue..

Possibly thats an option, but like I also said Civonoceva played well last week!

Are you being serious. Surely you are taking this p*ss.

For starters when did I say that it was Webcke that should be dropped. I actually beleive O'meley should be included for Civo.

What the hell are those stats supposedly prove if not my point? Ryles was ahead in your averge in game 1 and Ryles led the whole team in hitups in game two. No wonder Webcke averaged more metres when Ryles makes 7 more hitups. What Ryles also brings is an awesome offload like what led to the first Australian try in game 1.

Averge metres per hitup mean jack sh*t. The guy that makes one 20m run all game by your calculations is best on field. You are seriously this dumb aren't you. I am amazed at your absolute ignorace of the game and is clearly shown by the fact you give no credit to being on the bench. Wether you start from the bench or on the field it makes no difference in todays game. Its the time you spend on the field. And yes I do think Ryles would be better starting off the bench and coming on after 20mins.

I will repeat it YOU HAVE NO CLUE and you are clearly showing your ignorance to the game. Keep making stupid comments Tidus, you are making so much easier for me to tear you down.

As I seem to have to repeat myself due to your absolute stupidity.

You arguments are piss weak. First you say that O'meley should be starting ahead of Ryles (Thus agreeing with my original post), then you say that O'meley should be in for Civ. FFS make up your mind. This is my original post:

The stats highlight the fact that Webcke NOT Ryles has been the stand out prop. You seemed to skip over the amount of defense Webcke does compared to Ryles. Re-read my post I never said you implied that Webcke should be dropped. I was highlighting the difference between the two.

You also say that I give no credit for players being on bench. Where did I say that moron. I simply stated that both Mason and O'meley should start. What's wrong with that??? Your clutching at straws manifesting words out of your arse that I never said (ie dumping Webcke, not acknowledging bench players).

And please spare me the 'tear you down' line. I'm shivering in my boots.

Idiot.

O'Meley has been playing twice as good as civo played last week consistantly all year round.

O'Meley should be there. End of story!
