What the ......? And it's not even Muralithiran wreaking havoc. Zoysa has 4 for and Hayden's scored all our runs. Looks like we need another second innings miracle.

Come on Warnie, we need you mate. Show the punters that you can finally make that ton that you let slip last year (or was it the year before?).

Hayden's gone, lbw to Muralithiran for his 2nd wicket (498). Score now 7/87 with Warne and Gillespie at the crease.

It's not looking good. :( Still, the Sri Lankans will have to still bat well against Warney and co..

From what I saw in the 1st hour, Zoysa was moving the ball all over the shop, left, right & centre. The only reason Langer lasted as long as he did was because he could get his bat anywhere near the ball !

Langer is a shocking opener. Put Elliott in there. Highest ever amount of runs in a first class season.

As for Gilchrist, words cannot describe how pissed off i am with his performance with the bat. We ask him to dig deep yet he fails. I am begging to wish that Brad Haddin was in the squad...

Have to agree about Langer. Scoring heaps of runs in the domestic comp though can be a bit of a kiss of death though. Just ask Jamie Cox. How many years did he top the batting list and yet never get a call up into the Test squad? Having said that, Elliott deserves another chance.

I'd keep Gilchrist though. He'll come good.

We've scraped up to the 100 mark. Warne and Gillespie still there and fighting a little rearguard action. 7/100.

c Jayawardene b Muralithiran, who now moves to 499 Test wickets. Wait to see the reaction if he takes either of the last two wickets. The crowd will go berserk.

Given that we are stuffed already, I hope Zoysa takes both of them. Or Muralithiran's wrist action causes his hand to fly off where Warne smacks the dismembered limb over the fence for six.

Come on Warnie - make that century!

Kasprowicz is a good batsman - I remember him topscoring for the Aussies with 96 on the last India tour.

That's it. 500 Test wickets and in the best of ways, bowling Kasper through the gate. Would have been a bit of a fairytale if it had been Warnie, but I don't think Murali will be too bothered.

Congrats Murali, well done son.

That's it, all over. Australia bowled out for 120, our worst score in years. Really vindicates the decision to bat first doesn't it?

Will be interesting to see how our bowlers go.

Could be worse, we could be the Windies.

That is just pathetic. What did Martyn get?

Seriously if Katich isn't picked for the next match than I'm not watching it.

Damo got 1 I think.

I really think Langer and Gilly need wake up calls. There is a better opener celebrating a fantastic season and a big Pura Cup win who I am sure deserves that position more than the gnome.

You'll find Symonds and Ponting are very tight.

Symonds is not a test match player by any stretch of the imagination!

Katich or Clarke were standouts for Test matches against Sri Lanka. Clarke isn't even over there which has got me stuffed. Maybe Ponting is jealous of his ability? :?
