I don't know much about Charlie Kirk (except that he went back and to the left, back and to the left) but to me that one comment referenced here a few days ago that if he was on a plane with a black pilot he would be thinking about whether he got the job through affirmative action, that is not racism if you ask me, that is just the negative externality of having affirmative action.
I have the same thought when I get a female pilot. I am sure they are "qualified" but when the shit hits the fan I want the best not "qualified". The best of the best. If they are it, then that is great. But it is a legitimate thing to think / wonder about it since the point of affirmative action is to let people jump the line based on something like gender or ethnicity.
