At least the Italians haven't killed off natural water yet from the fountains.

The moment you to buy there water off the streets in the likes of Rome and that you may as well consign yourself to the bedroom for a few days with a stomach bug.

Why do you need fake meat?

Either you eat meat or you don't.

If you don't it's not f**king meat

Like seriously it's not beef just call it something else.
Cow farts ... although i think they changed it to burps .... save the planet or else muthaf**ker
Yes methane from cows contributes to the greenhouse thingy, but the CSIRO have already shown that if you add seaweed to their feed it reduces methane significantly. So there are solutions rather than growing it in a lab. Eew.

Edit. Algae

Anyway the point is that it’s doesn’t turbo charge cancer and it’s got nothing to do with the gobalists.

The companies/corporations that started to invest in and create it, smelling a buck to be made?

So same as pretty much every other product that comes about really, in this largely free enterprise capitalist world in which we are mere cogs...

Unless you're into conspiracy theories that this fake meat is all Bill Gates' doing, as part 2 of his evil world vaccination plan for domination etc 😂

So who decided we should pursue fake meat?
It’s not fake. It’s an extension of the science that grows human cell skin grafts.

I am not endorsing it, just telling it how it is. Some might say that manufacturing is motivated by the carbon footprint of the output, but I’m sure that most of the 150 companies pursuing this are not hand on their heart ethical producers. They will be able bang out mince, sausages and cured meat products without the need for land, stock and having to deal with variables of droughts disease etc.

BTW, I never had one of those impossible burgers. Vegan (?) but bleeds beetroot juice and they swear tastes like meat. Does it ?

Italy Becomes First Nation To Ban Bill Gates’ Fake Meat Due To ‘Serious Health Concerns’

Italy has become the first country to issue a total ban on Bill Gates’ synthetic meat products after numerous studies found the lab-grown fake meat products cause turbo cancers in humans. Meanwhile, in the US the Biden administration has fast-tracked the controversial products for approval.

“Italy is the first nation to say no to synthetic food, to so-called ‘synthetic meat’. It does so with a formal and official act,” Health Minister Orazio Schillaci announced. “The resolution calls for a commitment to ban the production, marketing and import of synthetic foods within our territory.

“These regulations aim to regulate situations where the environmental public health could be at risk, or when there is uncertainty regarding the effects of certain products that are being or will introduced to the market or consumed,” Schillaci continued.

“It is crucial to have measures in place to address these potential risks and ensure the safety of the environment and public health in such cases,” he concluded. Watch:
Synthetic meat has been heavily promoted by Bill Gates and the globalist elites at the WEF as the solution to so-called climate change. When peddling his book “How to Avoid a Climate Disaster” in 2021, Gates told the MIT Technology Review that “all rich countries should move to 100% synthetic beef.”

However, this fake food has now been shown to cause cancer via the immortalized cell lines used to manufacture it.

Meanwhile in the US, Biden has fast tracked Bill Gates’ lab-grown ‘synthetic meat’ for approval, meaning grocery stores across America can now sell the carcinogenic fake meat to the public.

In an unprecedented move, the Biden’s United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) approved the sale of Gates’ lab-grown “chicken meat” in late June.

The approval from regulators will allow the companies to flood the U.S. food supply with their controversial products.

What a lark, you follow the links to this so called "study" and it's a bloomberg article that says absolutely nothing of the sort. IE there is no "study"

Cookers will believe almost anything that aligns with their world view.

What are you talking about? The site I posted the story from didn't add any links to follow for a study. You are making things up as if they did and sending you to a dead end under false pretences.

At no point did they add a link suggesting or directing you to a study. The story was just reporting on the Italians being the first nation to ban lab grown synthetic meat for fear of cancer and other safety concerns.

Even the Bloomberg link that you state was never telling you to go to a study. Fake news on your part.

Not surprising really. Hey I tell you what...enjoy the lab grown synthetic meat. I'm sure it's yummy.

I'm not making anything up mate, it's right there, they claim the food has been "shown to cause cancer"....And the claim is hyperlinked.....

Follow the hyperlink................

..............that's linked mate, so it's the basis of that claim no? But that story then doesn't link to the "study" it links to another article.......

Here's the link in the source story.........

Synthetic meat has been heavily promoted by Bill Gates and the globalist elites at the WEF as the solution to so-called climate change. However, this fake food has now been shown to cause cancer via the immortalized cell lines used to manufacture it.

...........and the hyperlink to source it, but that just links to another article...................

Here's the hyperlink from that article..........

Lab-grown meat, touted as the “cruelty-free” food of the future by everyone from the World Economic Forum to Hollywood mega-celebs like Leonardo DiCaprio, may have a fatal problem, according to a new Bloomberg story.

.....which then of course leads to this article...............

........and here's the headline and byline.......

Lab-Grown Meat Has a Bigger Problem Than the Lab

Leading scientists agree that cultured meat products won’t give you cancer, but the industry doesn’t have the decades of data to prove it—so it’s trying to avoid the question instead.

........so, you were saying?

But that's not the reason why SOME Italians are against lab grown meat it is ? They are against it because they want to maintain the heritage of food. The same way that they want to cotton wool the heritage of parmesan or prosciutto di parma, they want do the same with locally grown meat. Nothing to do with the globalists and turbo charged cancer. That's just silly stuff written by your silly websites.

if vegetarians don't like or eat meat, why the f**k would they want to eat pretend meat ?

A lot make the decision on ethical grounds, they don't want animals to die in order to feed them. But face it, meat is pretty damn tasty, so if you can get you some pretty damn tasty guilt free, why the f**k not.

Yes i understand what it is ... its not from a chopped up formerly living being that grew naturally ... its not just cells ... it needs some nutrient goop to grow in, ie synthesiced blood, which isnt the real thing (well not if you are trying to achieve the purpose they say they are) .... hence it is fake.

Well you are offering your own opinion of "fake".

Others don't agree with you.

What is cultivated meat?

Cultivated meat, also known as cultured meat, is genuine animal meat (including seafood and organ meats) that is produced by cultivating animal cells directly. This production method eliminates the need to raise and farm animals for food. Cultivated meat is made of the same cell types that can be arranged in the same or similar structure as animal tissues, thus replicating the sensory and nutritional profiles of conventional meat.

I totally get that it's outside the realm of what we consider normal and there are many that will have a hard time dealing with the concept. Just like cloning or even the Vacanti mouse.

This is the long argued ethics of science. I will probably need to do more research by watching episodes of Futurama before I can comment further.

End of the day you are just offering an opinion of "not fake"
