The answer is obvious.
I had an opinion on all this until I realised there was no real need for me to have one.
Then my Niece told me she's starting on the testosterone. I'm going to support her/his choices and navigate all of it as it unfolds.
I noticed she stopped wearing dresses at about 11 and never did form breasts during puberty.
I asked her/him about pronouns and they said they couldnt give a shit and not to worry about it.

yeah - it seems to be something that people like to get worked up about and make up things that aren't happening to get angry about. In the end it affects a very small number of people who most don't know personally

To believe you are something that is scientifically incorrect (after all, biology IS a science, despite what the left say) is a delusion brought on by unfortunate mental illness and requires psychological help, not drastic surgical options nor medically unnecessary (important word actually) pharmaceutical options.

Well, biological men are not (born biologically) women, and biological women are not (born biologically) men. Obviously.

But we look at the terms male and female simply as an expression of "gender"- which is a separate concept from biologically-born "sex" of men and women - then the spectrum of human reality opens up somewhat.... and is revealed not to be as two-dimensionally black and white.

And none of this has to do with anyone's "sexuality" or sexual preference - which is a different element again.

In terms of public toileting - like in gendered sport - there are some complexities to sort out in moving beyond the strictly two-dimensional history that we have and which has informed the status quo.

Personally I'm an adherent of a three way split in things like toilets and gendered sports... along biologically born "sex" lines, but with a middle (non)"gender" ground - that could accommodate the intersex part of the biological spectrum, as well as accommodate (other people's concerns with) transgender individuals.
