I'm don't know much about war history but from what I gather the Ukrainians know how to fight while North Korea are clueless. Perhaps the world won't fear them as much anymore

As a defence force, they aren't feared ....it's just the couple hundred missles (non nuclear) within range of Seoul, which is the issue....without that, they have very limited influence
