I’ll give you all the reasons on the weekend, but it seems to be a beat up like no other.

The ABC used to be a serious and respected organisation, jammed pack with outstanding people. It used to deliver facts, fearlessly and impartially.

Now, but for a few essential services, it’s turned into some kind of wokey cult more interested in peddling 1970s leftist agenda than addressing the realities of today.

It should probably be broken up and bits gifted to SBS who at least have a swing.

I’ve suggested many times that it’s a good thing to consume your mainstream media from different sources.

It’s like this forum, get the different views and make up your own mind.

As for footy, obviously the ABC is the only option left on the wireless, although I would dump all of their male experts for the female ones -who are far and away superior. It has been the cause of way more deaths than the Jonestown Massacre, that’s for sure.

Look, I’m not a religious guy despite being raised Catholic. However I don’t have an issue with people wanting to worship their god if they want. What do I care.
But when faith is used to hurt people, or when it’s mixed with politics, that’s when I have an issue.
