I find it funny that on here, some were gushing over the new metro through the city, yet their beloved state leader is now selling off future transport corridors https://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/n...estigation-for-future-rail/news-story/9b0c58fe23b4d9611284bbcaae5310ff#comments and has already delayed a current project by 2 years which will make SMW so much more expensive. Trying to add a new station to SMW which will add another billion considering tunnelling through there is completed and is now cutting back on station fitouts (which is incidentally one of the cheaper aspects of any metro), trying to save cost overruns.
Furthermore, stating that there won't be any more metros until 2040.
Labor doing what they always do best. Basically nothing with regards to infrastructure. RTBU is running our railway programme.
