Whilst biting is a bit dog (boom tish), it's likely that the skinny kid found himself in a wrestle with said cop's hand in close proximity. That's what usually happens in footy anyway. So in a chicken vs egg scenario, I'd say that the kid was on the ground with one or two coppers on top - first. So his choice of self defence was prolly poor and he should have tapped, but the whole story needs to be told.
I think we can all agree that if the whole scene was replayed, the cops would not have called for the immediate shut down of the protest in such a manner that caused tempers to be frayed in the first place. What were they thinking ?
Circle back to the Minns legislation, whoever decided that banning a bunch of people marching (no matter for or against immigration or for or against genocide) was a good idea, didn't think it through. Same with Temu Netanayu visiting.
That scene of the police running in a line towards peeps was far more concerning that some angry kid biting a finger.
Kettling they call it.

The scenes of that day have not been seen since the early days of Mardi Gras, when the march was a protest and the cops used violence against the LGBTQI+ community to make it go away. You would have thought that draconian shit like that was behind us. People have the right to have a say, whether you like what they are saying or not.
