I do when it tips a tackle that happens every match into a suspension.I’ve no problem with injury being a factor. No different to the legal system.
But the key trigger is still illegal play. Nikoras was debatable. If it’s deemed that it was just bad luck it’s still no suspension regardless of the injury. That should have been the case with DaleI do when it tips a tackle that happens every match into a suspension.
Nikoras tackle was nothing illegal, just bad luck, but he copped 2 weeks.

I remember Ben Smith ended Taniela Tuaiakis career in 2009 with a hip drop tackle. At time though noone questioned these. Was probably the most blatant one I've seen since it became a thing. Was this actual "hip drop" tackle always around before it started getting attention?
They have minimum sentencing, but take a Dangerous Driving charge vs Dangerous Driving Causing Death as an extreme. The more severe injury you cause the tougher the punishment you can expect. That's an interesting point but does the legal system have fixed penalties or rather do they have minimum penalties with scope to increase punition? Does the LS have graded charges i.e. careless, reckless, dangerous, phuquewit?
I don't know, that's why I'm asking

Would Carrigan have copped a direct referral if Hastings leg wasn't broken?

Hastings out for the year, plus brooks unlikely to be fit for a few weeks.
Be madden and douehi in the halves
I like Hastings as a footballer. He is a way bigger loss than brooks.Which worked pretty well last night
Who saw TTG walking the fence signing autographs after the game? Still a flog
