I'm just surprised the headline isn't former player who once played against the CRONULLA SHARKS charged with supply prohibited drugs.

4 guys being charged by police on the same day is not likely to be a couple of guys supplying to their mates for free either...

That's what 'supply' is - otherwise it's trafficking , which Jason Smith & Matt's Ears have been charged with.
It said in Hunt's police statement , it was 'personal use'.

Just talking to a good mate on the GC - very well connected in footy. When (if) the names come out, there probably won't be too many that are shocked. I'm not.

The names given to me are all first graders and not all at the Titans. There may be some lower tier players too. We will see how 'transparent' Smiff and the NRL are soon.

DCE and the Titans - I don't think so.

Titans => Ipswich = maybe.

Just pondering, if any of these blokes played rep footy, would that mean they lose any matches they won?

It's interesting they have different offences for that in QLD. Down here it's all considered supply.

The sad thing is these guys were more than likely just the "middle men" in all of this. No financial gain for them what so ever.

More or less "picking up" the goods for mates is what I'm hearing.

I'm sure the truth will come out but as these guys are not "star" players I think the NRL wil come down harshly on them either way to make a statement. The thing that will kill these guys the most is doing favours for friends that may cost them some years out of the game

I'm hearing what you are saying snoop but really... Cmon!! Either 1) that's a bullshit excuse, of course they would say that or 2) they are the dumbest of dumb

End of the day, these men knew what they were doing when they allegedly obtained the substance, to bad to sad.

To be charged with supply of prohibited drugs you do not have to prove or show financial gain, the mere process of supplying whether it be physically exchanging it or having an amount greater then personal, being deemed supply is all that's needed

Two were living together and one (the younger one) did hand out packets to visitors, although he did know what was in the packets and they have made some coin out of it - good coin.

They need to drop the names of customers and the supplier but my info is that they wont.

Incorrect Snoop. The names given to me are certainly stars of the game.

Be interesting to see if NRL stands them down considering they are not at the Sharks.

I am guessing they will somehow find a sacrifical lamb at the Titans

If the Tits fold I'd be taking:

James Roberts, Mead, Sezer and possibly Hazard. Dave Taylor too, why not...
