OT - NRL Finals TV Coverage in NZ

This has got nothing to do with the Warriors but I thought someone on here might be able to answer a question for me and some mates.

My mates and I are leaving Australian shores and are going on a holiday to the snow in NZ in September. We were just wondering if we will be able to catch all of the NRL finals games over there even if the Warriors dont make it?

Will they be on free-to-air tv? Will the majority of pubs be playing it?

Good luck to the Warriors for the rest of the season too, if you guys could find some consistancy you could pose some problems for the more fancied sides.

They won't be free-to-air, but they will be in most pubs around the place
on Sky. We actually get much better coverage of the entire competition
than you guys get over there - go figure.

the only problem that I can see is ...if they clash with NPC games or finals, sorry but Yawnian tends to win out in pubs unfortunately.

The Air New Zealand Cup begins on the weekend of July 28-30 with the final on the weekend of October 28 - 29.

Nett - find a decent sized pub with a few screens

Some of them wont clash with NPC due to the time difference, ie Aussie games at 7:30 Aus time. Sunday games might possibly clash.

primes coverage of the warriors has been shocking the last two games they have shown them over 24 hours after they have been played.
