He can't because he has killed the second tier cap. Not only is he a terrible coach but his management of the cap is atrocious. Our $750k for 2014 provides some prior acts.

Nothing wrong with the raiders squad, yeah definitely not premiership material but if sides like the tigers, titans, dragons can up around the eight, the raiders should be too. Furner always had the raiders in contention for the eight.

They have a decent pack and a few promising backs. Wouldn't mind a few of their forwards and would be happy for Croker to be a replacement for Tonga.

While Crokers attack is good his defence is pretty ordinary. Watch Hayne run at him when we play raiders. Hayne made bird look ordinary

He could be the most tactically savvy or technique coaching person out there, but his demeanour, communication and managerial skills are probably the reason Campese (probably the rest of Canberra & our team last year) has that look on his face pleading for someone to just shoot him
