OT: Warriors fined

Got off quite lightly considering what the Bulldogs copped.

What I wanna know is - where did all the money go? They lost more games than they won last year. At least the Dogs would have gone close to winning the comp.

Well when you think about it they were over the cap last season and bulldogs were caught during a season so getting fined for the year after might be seen as a bit harsh im not sure if they were over this year or not....But the nrl want to be harsh to put out the message that the slalery cap is an important part of our game according to david gallop on the news this morning.

Can someone explain something to me. Is the salary cap for the Warriors in Aussie dollars or Kiwi - if its in Aussie dollars does that not already give them an advantage given the slightly lower exchange rate and cost of living in NZ?

u have got to feel sorry for the warriors fans however, knowing that they have to win 2 times before then can start getting some points, however the 2 byes will fill the void i guess.

Mate I got laughed at for asking that same question.

3 mill in Aussie dollars converted in kiwi dollars.

Living prices etc are lower over there.....

it's all a bit messy.
