It has been a pretty poor 1st round overall, Storm and Broncos looked great, but both playing against absolute dross, so hard to judge.
The Storm spine were the most impressive over round 1 - all look fitter, faster and more hungry than for a few years. They’re definitely the team to beat this year.
Think the Broncos will blast a lot of shit teams away this year, can’t see them doing it against the Storm or Panthers in a big game though - could do it if either team are resting players or lots of injuries, but a fit Storm/Panthers will handle their speed by suffocating them.
