A lot of Dragons supporters want Mann to start over Aitken but I don’t know why Lafai is an automatic starter? What’s the use of setting up 1 try if you’re gonna let in 3?

Dragons forward pack will win them many games this year though. One of the best in the competition.

Broncos were very poor last night, especially their halves and I'm not convinced Milford and Nikorima is a good combination.

The Dragons on the other hand started slow but really found their groove and looked good for Round 1. Hunt was on fire and certainly came back to haunt his old team.

I’m also a really big fan of big Leeson Ah Mau. He’s just an absolute machine and he’s off contract this season. If I was Souths I’d be talking to him. Really under appreciated imo being behind Graham and Vaughan.

He’s also a good one but I’d imagine the Broncos have some wiggle room in their cap, where the dragons are probably packed to the max with theirs.

True but at 28, Ah Mau may be content with a bench spot and less money if he views the Dragons as entering a premiership window.
For where we are at, i would prefer TPJ as he could lead the pack for the best part of the next decade.

That’s exactly what you want from a prop. Would be just entering his prime as well. Having a level head definitely helps. Makes sure you don’t get a dickhead like Lodge in your side. You’re just making the sell even better

I seriously think you guys are a dark horse for the premiership with your forward pack. I thought Cronulla won the premiership on the back of their forward pack and I think you guys can do the same.

Golden Point in Round 1 was great and the Knights got it done which will be a big confidence boost for them.

Only because Manly kept making stupid errors. There’s only so many times you can shoot yourself in the foot before you bleed to death.

I picked Newcastle. I feel that early in the season they'll be a bolter as a result of the excitement surrounding their recruitment and guys wanting to prove a point but by round 8 when the season has settled and emotion has died down, they'll come back to the middle of the pack where they'll eventually finish.
