I think Parramatta will always be the number 1.

Second will fluctuate between Storm (current), and also the Roosters (mostly because of the early 00s) and Tigers (Ivan).

Parra look hopeless. I reckon 6th-10th.

If all fit I don't think anyone gets Penrith. But a key injury and who knows. It is a long season and early. Some sides may improve.
