I'm not sure if starting him is the answer though.

I think we've missed Royce this year. It's a shame he'll likely be out for the next two matches as well.
If he was around I'd be tempted to start with BHU and Toby. The only problem with that is who captains? Which I guess begs the question: who captains when Woods is off? He only played 44 minutes yesterday, which is a long time off the park for a captain.

Honestly, Finucane and McInnes can't get here soon enough.

Woods shouldn't be playing far less captain , sets a bad example from the kickoff . We don't want him , no one else seemingly wants him , why have we been playing him .

I'd have WK as captain. He leads by example anyway. It really doesn't matter. There isn't one player in the current squad who is the logical choice.

Even my wife, whose knowledge of the rules equates to about 4 points for a try and 2 points for a goal, couldn't believe that.

You could argue they threw the game with that decision at the end. Far fetched yes, but it’s up there with the idiocy of Terry Lamb kicking a field goal against the Knights, when down 12-10. End result - 12-11 knights.

Unbelievable. Un. Fecking. Believable. When they didn't take the kick, I just assumed that I must've forgotten about some obscure differential penalty rule.

Agree, Kennedy's a far better option for captain 'til next season. Youngish, but he seems to have more than 2 brain cells to rub together. More than we can say for most of the others.

I would also say Brailey, but he needs to focus on regaining form.

Neither Kennedy nor Brailey need the aggravation of captaining this lot. The fact that they are even mentioned is an indictment of the so called leaders in the club. At this stage of their careers they should be learning what it takes to be a consistent first grader.
