Watching the game, how good are the Panthers. Forwards bend the line and put the sharks on their back we don’t, halves are so good working together ours so weak. Watching Fisher Harris works so hard. Sorry to say we have absolutely zero. I don’t know where to start. Any thoughts

We aim to get where they are
It is not Ivan being all of a sudden a great coach. Ivan walked in at the right time luckily after Hook. The players are ready.
It is there systems of poaching and development of some local and country juniors bringing them into an academy and providing good coaching development
As much as people hate him Gus set all this up.
No guarantee of a GF though but that’s why they are so strong compared to the 11 other clubs that can’t compete with the top ones

That is why we need to keep faith in Hook, Rome wasn't built in a day. He will introduce the players at the right time and rebuild from the ground up with some old heads guiding the way. We need to keep in touch with the 8 though this season because given the injuries this season luck could deliver us a Steven Bradbury if we are in the mix. How cool would it be in our centenary year.

Yeah hahahahaha,I’m at going for a walk. Always be a Saint, I do like watching good footy, geez just would to see us do the same, the last time we all have seen good footy was 2009, 2010 and 2011.
During 2009-2011, our attack was no where near as effective as the current Panthers. They have skill right across the field and they do it with tons of speed. Their fitness levels must be equivalent to top tri-athletes and their muscles as pumped up as Atlas. Their conditioners and trainers are doing a magnificent job and of course, not forgetting what Cleary and his assistants have been doing. Sometimes I wonder if they are taking supplements that are quite legal to keep them firing week in and week out.

Now that they have won 9 in a row this year, this will gee them up to win the 10th, 11th..., there's no stopping them. Go you mighty Dragons, oops, Panthers.

They are extremely good Ghostrider , I actually believed that they would be the team to beat this season , however the more I see of the team from sin city in the Deep South of the country , the more convinced I am that that are the top dogs of the competition .

A lot more mongrel in them , a truly mean vicious type of mongrel .

Penrith already did them though so we will have to see what the next instalment brings.

Let in only 60 points in nine rounds. Bravo!!

Credit to them and the Eels for their starts to the year.

Storm and Roosters cheat the system so they are irrelevant.

The Pennies are great to watch and have skill, enthusiasm and belief all over the park.

Every so often a team comes out and plays super exciting footy for a season or two and are heralded as "the entertainers" well now it is Penrith's turn to wear that mantle and rightfully so.

I think these blokes would be loving it.

We all realize just how much is at stake in a G.F. and only the team that rises to the occasion will finally have their hands on the silver trophy at games end - hopefully the Panthers ( assuming that they actually get there ) are the ones .

In saying that I am not writing off the Big Red V chances of adding it to our own silverware cabinet at the Taj Mahal !
