Interesting round next week in the SG Ball, the top 6 are all playing each other. Tough opponent in the raiders who took care of the highly rated* Magpies team this week. Our Eels are really starting to click in attack now, Twidle at the back chimed in really nicely yesterday.

Went to the games yesterday, Ball were 12-12 at half time as they struggled a bit up front, whatever was said at half time, the forwards straightened up big time with Fualema coming on and Tuvati making huge gains. Once they made space, Api Twidle and Ethan Sanders took control and showed their class. Matt Arthur scored 2 from dummy half and it’s funny he’s that good at 9 you only notice the occasional off target pass, a genuine hooker.

Once Ball is finished there will be a few players looking to move up to Flagg to continue their progress. 1,6,7,9 will be good chances with the props and the De Stradis twins also handy.

I haven’t heard of half of those blokes. I reckon there might be better players in the Eshay Ball team.

Larry Maugututia seems to have dropped down the pecking order. He was tipped to be a future first grader only on the bench for Flegg atm.

Sure but he was in Sg ball last year wasn't he?

I wonder what happened to Lachlan Blackburn
