Now this one I kinda agree with you on.
Sure sections on the Parra side could be residential but the majority of Rosehill is industrial as industrial can be and I’m not sure given history and positioning why they would bother changing that
Especially with James Hardie basically based there near the racecourse.

Sydney is too sprawling for this likely to be feasible. Your options are basically Central to Canberra (existing tracks aren’t going to support high speed connection/even if use existing track, it’d be likely very limited service, like once a day each way, and then you have to look at landscape between here and there to see a new direct track would be expensive) or Canberra to some more feasible point (if you’re not going to Sydney commercial hub, what’s the likelihood of uptake, Japan’s bullet trains run about 300km/hr so that reduces Canberra to Sydney to 1 hour each day way, if it then takes someone a further 30 mins each way to get from wherever Sydney to their workplace, it’s not really worth it).

I've said it before and I'll say it again, money isn't and issue and there is always more then enough money. Your thought process is due to a lifetime of propaganda and programming. Just the way the financiers like it. But hey you believe what you like and stay in your financial prison till you die.

This scarcity Ponzi financial scheme will never be abolished while most people just like you don't demand the change we all deserve. At the moment the only people that are thriving are the 1% and the overseers of this financial enslavement.

Don't need any more AFL merkins

The new resident merkins should be made to swear on a bible to never ever watch or participate in anything AFL or else they and all their spawn will be placed in shackles and carried off over the sea and dumped like the trash that is that abomination they call a sport.

No excuses!!!

I mean sure if you want to be communist and can convince some people to build a high speed train connection between Canberra, Sydney and Newcastle where their remuneration is the nice feeling of having helped people go watch their team play the Raiders in Canberra, good luck to you.

yes - issue more than money is that there isn't a HSR building industry in Australia currently waiting around with plenty of capacity to roll out new infrastructure
At least with suburban rail in Sydney there are 3 current projects on the go to build/extend metro rail lines and one to build a light rail line - so one can only hope that those bits of infrastructure can be extended relatively quickly in the future

The Parramatta Light Rail project has reached a major milestone in the heart of western Sydney, where the first tram rolled through Parramatta CBD as testing ramps up ahead of services beginning later this year. Vision: NSW government.

Commie? I'm no freakin Commie you pillock!

I have written about this topic quite a few times on these forums so I won't bother here again. But Commies and Fascists are all the power elite ever offer us or klepto-capitalism also know as crony capitalism.

The system I am referring to is a non Ponzi financial properly regulated and run capitalist society where abundance of everything thrives. It isn't utopia by a long shot, but is is a fair and simple no finger on the scale free enterprise capitalist system where monopolies don't thrive and the little guy can and does win.

Always remember that the world and universe is abundant no matter how much our supreme overlords try to convince us it's in a constant state of scarcity.

You want a model that advocates for a capitalist system that is fair, regulated, and fosters opportunities for all, while rejecting monopolies and promoting the idea of abundance.

I have a good friend who lives right near a station of the light rail. Looking forward to when it opens and hitching a ride. This will be great for Parra
