Had a look at the form for this one over lunch.

Macs Numbers -
5,4,3,2

I think Chess Record will go straight to the front from barrier 2 and lead all the way. Will be strong at the business end especially if Purton gets his own way in the lead. October Son in for second. Will camp just behind the leaders from the gate unless Beadman pushes forward and sits on the pace. Daniels The Man and Jymcarew both to run well.

I'm a fan of County Tyrone, just feel he'll need one more, looking for him 3rd up. Al's Flyer has been consistent and has Bossy on board. No knock for him.

I had trouble splitting them nuffs...

I'm a big fan of times though when doing my form. I looked at the last 2 starts October Son had and the times he ran over 2000m a few starts back compared to the 2000m start 2 runs back for Chess Record when he was beaten by Crums.

Then I took into account that Chess Record just ran over 2100m. Normally I don't like them going back in distance. In this case though, if Purton gets a 'soft' lead, this thing will be super hard to run down.
