To be fair it’s a brand new team so combinations are going to take a while to develop + the Eels have been pin point.

Remember when we won 44-0 against Canberra in a trial last year? How did we go in the regular season?

Trials don't mean a whole lot guys, it's basically a new team and we're playing against a much more settled team that made the top 4 last year. Let's all calm down and give the team some time to gel both in attack and defence.

The abilty to hold, carry and use the ball is non existant.

We find ourselves doing what we did last year - simply trying to hang on then get tired due to huge defensive workload.

Exactly. With all the hype of how much we were gonna improve due to our signings this will be a good reality check for them that new signings won’t just improve a team. It’s still a long process and they need to work hard on their combinations...especially in defence.
