There was talk of Parsons exploding out to 130kg last season, especially during the onslaught of his back injury.

Then in today's paper they said he had lost 7 kg - yet he is still listed down as 120 kg - the same figure he was last year. Furthermore, he seems to be still growing in his old age: Last season he was 200cm tall, this season he has stretched out to 201cm.

Reasons:

- Still growing?
- More hair?
- Now standing straight after his back injury?
- Bigger shoes?
- Inaccuracy in the measuring?

- Intimidation of the opposition with inflated figures. :x

You forgot to mention the fact that they may have measured him on a cold day and the measuring tape shrunk in the cold conditions

Player weights are so inaccurate.
Parsons is always listed as '120 kg' despite the fact that you can see him getting bigger and smaller depending on how much game time he is getting.
I have it from a fairly reliable source that he was nudging 130 kg when he was lumping that big gut around the field after his back injury - and he is supposed to be very fit at the moment - but match fitness is a different thing, and the big guy has always needed time on the field to get match fit.
