The problems I have with Carter is that he stays down pretending to be hurt, looking for a penalty. Even worse he encourages other players to do the same thing.

He may play for my team, but I don't like him.

If I didn't know better, Vic Mackey is the bitter old Balmain family uncle with the bung knees, who thinks 1969 was yesterday but has forgotten 1989. He hasn't been east of Cabramatta for 20 years and 'won't be getting a Wests Tigers membership this season because...'. He reckons Wests' kids will be good in a couple of years if only the refs didn't screw over the Tigers every weekend. And for some reason, he really REALLY hates Souths...maybe they chose to fight on and not bend over and merge. Also swears blind he bumped in to Laurie Nicholls at the shops just after the 2005 Premiership even though the old bugger died in 2000 before ever seeing a single merger game.

And despite how shite Paul Carter might be, Carter is probably a 100 times better than any dropkick the Tiggers have running around in first grade at the moment.

Or, unlike you, he doesn't have the mental capacity of a 5 year old and is able to simultaneously hate a team but realise that not having them in the competition is a bad thing so wants them saved. I never understand why anyone would want a team they hate kicked out of the comp. If you didn't have teams to hate it would be pretty boring. I hate Parra and the Roosters but those 4 matches against them are the ones I look forward to most each year.

But of course you're a child so you probably won't come to that realisation for quite some time
