That sh!t was just gruesome. From a nothing play in a nothing game and his leg goes just like that. Watching live I didn't notice at first but when I saw the replay I let out a massive OMG WTF. Just a nasty injury and hopefully it's worse than it looks and he comes back better and stronger.

Yeah if you can't stomach it I don't recommend watching it, just a horrible injury.

I don't wanna trivialise his injury or anything...

Put looking at the aftermath of this injury... The shitty east as now even shittier...

Cavs and Bulls odds have shortened dramatically now...

Yow Yeh's didn't even break that badly.

If I was a betting man I wouldn't bet on him playing again. Breaks like that often end careers and that would be tragic because he is so young.

International basketball is in jeopardy now. Worst case scenario and the Pacers have lost years of contention. What team will want to give up franchise players in the future?

Geeze, you're a cynical SOB arent you? get your two cents in on PG, the Pacers and International Basketball all falling in one swipe.

Yow Yeh had a compound fracture of his ankle. Plenty of soccer players have come back from similar injuries to this.

Yow Yeh suffered a compound comminuted fracture dislocation, meaning he shattered and dislocated his ankle with the bone coming out of the skin.

Went through 10 operations just so he could walk and after all that he still has a noticeable limp.

PG's leg was literally at a right angle. He has shattered everything in the lower half of his leg. It is a bigger break. Nothing that exists between his knee and ankle is in one piece.

Surgery on PGs leg revealed no ancillary damage so that's a positive sign.

When you watch it in real time it almost looks fake. That's horrific.

That's as cringe worthy as the footage of the Anderson Silva (MMA) leg injury. Nothing worse than seeing those sorts of injuries.

Dr Bunniesman's expert diagnosis. From all I have read it was a clean break and nowhere near as bad as one like Yowyeh's. my (non-expert) opinion it looked much more like Scotty Prince's and he played another 8-10 years after that.
